This museum-restaurant has just been inaugurated by the chef and architect Roger Falcón, right in front of San Francisco Square. The place, all in sillar stone, is tastefully decorated. The tasting menus pay tribute to the 3,500 years of Peruvian food engineering and Arequipa's mestizo gastronomy. The plates are beautifully presented and prepared with local products. The restaurant also offers cooking classes. A new address that we recommend!
