This small author's address offers regional flavors based on fresh, local and mostly organic produce. It's simple, in a small room decorated in Andean colors, with only a few bistro tables, but a warm welcome that favors local values (group reservations are entitled to a small presentation and traditional dance). Come for the ceviche or quinoa salad starters, the lomo or alpaca, the soups (including the famous chupe de camarones) or the stuffed rocoto. In the evening, plaids are provided!
