Very clean hotel, with everything you need for a good night's sleep, including cable TV and wifi. Nice interior patio and elevator. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but simple, and some are a little noisy. Reception and service are professional. The restaurant, on the other hand, is nothing exceptional. Good value for money for a short stay in Puno. It belongs to the small Kaaro chain. American Tours offers classic excursions to the islands on the Peru and Bolivia sides.
