One of the few colonial houses in Puno built in the 17th century (1668) and where the Viceroy, Count of Lemos, lived when he came to settle in the city to quell a rebellion. We don't linger here too long, but it is worth seeing mainly for its beautiful wooden balcony, the oldest in the region and which has been recognized as Cultural Heritage. Located just a few steps from the Plaza de Armas, this house houses a small art gallery that is open during the week.
