This old wooden tramway has character. It winds its way around the historic center, then climbs up and stops at the Cristo Blanco for a panoramic photo session, then on the heights of the Palacio Manco Capac, where there's a store and another carriage. The whole tour takes around 2 hours, and is great fun. You can also stand on the back platform and ring the bell. Ideal for families. The easiest way to find the wagon is to post it on the Plaza de Armas. Times are very unpredictable.
