It's relatively easy to get around Cusco's historic center on foot, but for longer journeys, we recommend taking a cab. In town, they still operate by horn and without a taximeter (fares are negotiated directly, S/ 8 for short journeys). At the station or airport, many cabs are waiting for you, and prices fluctuate widely. Yolbi and its company of chauffeurs is one of the recommended companies: airport runs S/ 25, runs to the Sacred Valley S/ 150. Reservations can be made via Whatsapp.
