Seledonia is a little woman who practices her chef's skills with her family and creates tasty local cuisine. You'll find crispy maracuya trout, quinoa-covered pollo novo andino, alpaca meat cooked in dark beer or generous carnivorous sandwiches. Don't miss the quinoa and dried fruit croquettes in a sweet red wine sauce for dessert. The room has a nice height, bright and two small tables on a balcony. A bit slow if busy. Cooking classes from 8am to 11am or 3pm to 6pm, US$49
