Located in the patio of the extraordinary Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, this glass cube with a contemporary design offers the ultimate in gastronomy in Cusco (sophisticated neo-andinian specialties). The menu changes according to the seasons, always highlighting local, fresh and organic products in a refined and offbeat way. The wine list is fabulous. A small detail to order for dessert, hot truffles flambéed with pisco as a bite to share. An appointment not to be missed by gourmets, highly recommended.
