"Aycha" means "meat" in Quechua, so we're right at the heart of the matter. Most of the red meats are imported, but you'll also find alpaca, guinea pig and, of course, anticuchos (chunks of beef heart spiced and braised on skewers). House cocktails too. Located on the2nd floor of a traditional casona, the decor is simple and colorful, opening onto a small balcony, and the service is attentive. We're just a few steps from Plaza Recocijo, below Plaza de Armas. A confidential address that we are happy to share.
