The Inka Jungle Trail is an alternative route to the classic Inca Trail, just like the Salkantay to reach Machu Picchu via the jungle. It is very popular with young people, as it is not only about hiking in the mountains, but also offers a wide range of exceptional activities: mountain biking from the Cordillera to the jungle, rafting, trekking between cocoa and coca, Inca trail, zip line... The landscapes crossed by mountainous jungle are very nice. Lorenzo Expeditions is the most serious agency offering this trail, group of 8 maximum.
