The Tinku Centre is a language school created by Jean-Jacques Decoster (the French consul in Cusco) to enable foreigners to learn Spanish or Quechua. It also serves as a cultural centre for exchanges between universities around the world and the people of the Andes, and offers volunteering in the fields of health, education, etc. Family formulas. Tinku Tours is the travel agency that is part of Centro Tinku and there is also a café restaurant on site open from 8am to 4pm.
