This church, founded by the Franciscans in 1645, has two facades and a single bell tower, in the purest colonial style, with carved wooden choir and chairs, and a pulpit inlaid with ivory. The gallery features paintings by some of the most famous names of the Cusco school (Quispe Tito, Santa Cruz, Sinchi Roca, Zapata), as well as the huge 12 m x 9 m painting by Juan Espinoza de los Monteros tracing the genealogy of the Franciscan "family".

Sur la place du même nom trône cette église de belle taille et majestueuse, vous pouvez visiter l'église gratuitement, mais le musée à côté lui est payant. dans cette église un magnifique autel et de nombreuses petites chapelles richement décorées, assister à une messe, les chants sont magnifiques et le son très pur.
