Pinkullyuna refers to the high ruins opposite Ollantaytambo, which can be seen to the right of the village. In fact, they were once agricultural warehouses. The climb is well worth it: after 1h30, you have a magnificent view of the village of Ollantaytambo and its fortress. And there's hardly anyone around. Take Calle Lares, to the right just before the Plaza, follow it and you'll find a door opening onto the mountain, stone steps and a sign reading "Pinkullyuna - visiting hours 7am-4.30pm". Free admission.
