This impeccably preserved Sun Gate serves as a gateway to the site for all those brave walkers on the Camino Inca (in its 82 km or 104 km version). It can also be reached from the main ruins by walking along the cliff face on a well-marked, gently sloping path. The further you go, the more the site reveals its full extent, sometimes shrouded in clouds, always mystical. Allow around 1h30 round trip. This access is part of panoramic circuit 1, which must be completed with a circuit 2 ticket for the full tour.
