This institution, which opened in 1991 under the leadership of Lucho Hurtado, has moved but kept the same formula. On the menu: wood-fired pizzas, pasta and Peruvian specialties such as cuy and trucha. Saturdays and Sundays open from 7 a.m. with the classic mondongo (a tripe soup!) that takes care of everything. Tourist information is also available from the Incas del Peru agency: www.incasdelperu.org. Their offer (agency, restaurant and B&B) is slowly, but we hope surely, coming back to life.
