This hotel is also located in the center of the city on the Plaza de Armas and has a much simpler look. There are some clean rooms with private bathrooms and cable TV. Others are smaller with sink and toilet in the room, but bathroom on the landing, these are the basic prices. TV lounge on the ground floor. All correct although logically the rooms on the upper floors and with more comfort are nicer. A bit noisy when there is traffic and cold at night, but the choice is meager.
