Two bold projects have merged: Belgian chef Kristof's restaurant and the first central address for Sierra Andina craft beer, born right here. The result is a place with a difference, open all day long and offering solid breakfasts and organic coffee from Chachapoyas (Shuqush), a low-price lunch menu, crêpes, the incredible Flemish carbonade with local brown beer, fresh pasta, quiches, tarts, soups and salads. Later in the day, it transforms into a bar with terrace. Good vibes.
