It is THE restaurant of Cajamarca, opened since 1947! This unmissable canteen of the city has its adepts and its detractors who find that too much is done. The vast room is not very cheerful, one must admit, but the crowd of boys in white aprons who are busy in all directions is to be seen. The cuisine is well done and offers a range of Peruvian dishes... generously served, but still very classic. The second more chic address at Jirón Cruz de Piedra 639, the Salas Tradicion, in the same spirit, but with a more modern room.

Effectivement LE restaurant où il faut aller manger au moins une fois quand on séjourne à Cajamarca. Carte variée, plats copieux, prix économiques, service efficace et d'une grande gentillesse, cadre très typique avec vue sur la cuisine et serveurs qui s'affairent... Chaudement recommandé
