For those who are looking for a real restaurant with a more refined cuisine, this hotel restaurant is an interesting option. The place is spacious, airy and pleasant. It offers a few tables with a view of the Plaza de Armas (beautifully lit at night), good Peruvian cuisine and a nice dessert menu. It is not gourmet, but it is a good classic with an effort made on the presentation and the service (although a little slow, but attentive). Prices are higher, but still reasonable for the place.
