A peña located about 4 cuadras from the Plaza de Armas that we recommend for its intimate and bohemian atmosphere (the walls are covered with graffiti). Great atmosphere, from 9pm until the early hours of the morning. Jaime Alberto Valera Bazán founded the place with the aim of defending local rhythms and culture such as the huaynos or the carnivales.
