Built by the Jesuits in the 1930s, the Compañia church is one of the few churches to have survived the 1759 earthquake. Almost on the Plaza de Armas, this convent and its chapel are now the headquarters of the university. Inside, its chiseled baroque pulpit is considered one of the most refined churches in Trujillo. In the cloister, we find a charming patio surrounded by arcades.
The chapel, one of the oldest buildings in the city (1632), has an interesting polychrome door.

Cet édifice religieux de la compagnie de Jésus possède une façade assez simple mais ses portails sont remarquables.
