Built four centuries ago, this beautiful house is steeped in history: it was long used as a shelter for patriots fighting for independence. The casona of thirty rooms, superbly restored, is one of the pearls of the continent; the wooden balcony, supported by 148 beams, runs over 67 m of corner facades (one of the longest in Latin America). Inside, there are more than 30 different spaces between patios and carved wooden stairs.
