Marc is Belgian, but he's played the French card, for the decor as well as the cuisine. The blue-white-and-red Eiffel Tower amidst the wooden banquettes and azulejos is a good clue, but above all, the menu is unmistakable: croque-monsieur, croque-madame, cheese platter, vol-au-vent, chocolate mousse... Belgian beers and excellent coffee round off the menu. In the morning, pain au chocolat (arrive early) and croissants. At lunchtime, a Franco-Peruvian fusion menu at an attractive price. In the evening, a more intimate atmosphere. A few tables on the terrace. Wifi.
