Do not trust the exhibition on the ground floor, the rooms upstairs are much better stocked. In all, more than fifteen ethnic groups from all over the Amazon basin are presented through their handicrafts, their clothes, their instruments... One can observe there magnificent crowns of feathers. These pieces, all from a private collection, are above all the only ones to testify of the traditional local culture in the city. The museum is air-conditioned. Interesting.

Musée très riche sur les diverses cultures et modes de vie du bassin amazonien. Trés bonne musique également qui contribue à l'ambiance.
