Teresita, the owner of the place, is the champion of the juane, this typical Amazonian dish made up of perfumed rice, chicken, olives, egg, the whole cooked together, with the leaf of the palm tree. These juanes are to be tasted with the creamy sauce of cocona. We recommend that if you go, you take at least one to share. The weekday lunch menus, more economical and classic, are also recommended.
