PISCICULTURE DES EAUX DU VOURZAC
The Pisciculture is located 7 km from the Puy in the direction of Loudes or Chaspuzac, in the Vourzac gorge at 850 metres above sea level. Julien Chevalier and his team raised rainbow and fario trout, brook trout and large saumonées trout. They transform products in an artisanal way, hand-picked nets, désarêtés and hand-sliced. Come and shop and discover its specialities of trout filets smoked, paved, tartar and trout carpaccio, but also butter and trout rillettes, terrine trout, tarama and trout eggs, Pâté and olives'olives. Open doors, each year on the last weekend of June, with site visits, tasting, and full of surprises. This is the flagship product of the department!
