Like a good neighbor, Florent Top Chef Ladeyn has come to open his restaurant in Brussels, retaining the philosophy of his northern establishments: local, seasonal and with the Flemish touch that characterizes him. As the restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hôtel de la Grande Cloche, it's open from breakfast onwards. The "bricks and wood" atmosphere lends itself well to the à la carte lunch (pickled beets, flamiche stuffed with lamb confit, baked pear, cream and chicory), while supper (as we say here) offers a more refined menu.
