The restaurant has taken up residence within the walls of Millésime, which used to delight taste buds in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and the kitchen is - curiously - open and visible from the sidewalk. Perhaps that's where the improbable lies! The menu, made with fresh, seasonal produce, changes according to the ingredients available. Geographically unclassifiable as it moves the guest around according to the chef's creations, l'Improbable's cuisine is ultimately above all bistronomic!

On le refera avec la nouvelle carte, nous avons pris 3 entrées dont 2 suggestions et un plat baby homard qui n'était pas non plus sur la carte, c'était délicieux ! Le dessert était pas mal non plus.
L'endroit est sublime et le service super rapide et très aimable.
Bref à tester !
