L'ÉPICERIE NOMAD
Don't be fooled by its name, L'Épicerie Nomad is not a boutique, even if it has kept the look of one, with its counter, shelf and grocer's scales, inherited from the former owner who ran an Asian products store here. This is a restaurant where world cuisines meet: lamb tagine with turnips and Punjabi spices, roasted octopus, tuna tataki with two sesame seeds... This project, led by Jean Callens, a restaurant pro, supported by Sandrine de Tollenaere in the kitchen and Clément Bollart in the dining room, aims to be both intimate and accessible.
