Part record shop, part café-concert venue and part cool canteen, Super Fourchette is conveniently located on a corner of Place De Brouckère. High molded ceilings and antique furniture give the room a cozy feel. The menu is short: a starter, two options of dishes that change every week (meat and veg), a bowl, a vegan burger, a burger of the moment and desserts, all in a short circuit and minimizing waste.
