At Volle Gas, we like the absence of fuss. Here you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere without being in the limelight. It may not be the place to be seen or to see, but that's what's so nice! An Art Deco setting where the clientele is as varied as on a metro platform at rush hour. A superb address on a square that has become (re) just as beautiful. In season, the mussels are in the spotlight. All year round, the Belgian-Brussels specialities - ballekes, stoemp, Mechelen cuckoo, waterzooi... - play elbow to elbow... at full speed!
