The name refers to the province of Luxembourg and not to the Grand Duchy. When it comes to eating, it's better to say that. In any case, some of Philippe Lecomte's dishes have a beautiful Ardennes accent due to the use of local ingredients and recipes that regularly appear on the menu. In season, the game honours the Ardennes forests, for example. The rest of the proposals are like the high gastronomic level that we like!
