Les boulettes (in Flemish, ballekes) or the art of cultivating Belgianness while preserving the nostalgia of our childhood. The recipe comes from Florence and Thibaut's grandmother, who used to make them for Sunday lunch. Depending on your tastes, opt for the classic pork and veal, chicken or veggie. With a choice of Belgian sauces, salad and side dishes. Don't forget the real fries, of course, and more recently, the smash burgers. A great address, next to the most beautiful square in the world and another in Brussels (chaussée de Charleroi).
