Pork, chicken or veggie dumplings in a restaurant in Brussels offering grandmother's recipes.

Les boulettes (in Flemish, ballekes) or the art of cultivating Belgianness while preserving the nostalgia of our childhood. The recipe comes from Florence and Thibaut's grandmother, who used to make them for Sunday lunch. Depending on your tastes, opt for the classic pork and veal, chicken or veggie. With a choice of Belgian sauces, salad and side dishes. Don't forget the real fries, of course, and more recently, the smash burgers. A great address, next to the most beautiful square in the world and another in Brussels (chaussée de Charleroi).

J'ai trouver ce restaurant sur un article que j'ai voulu decouvrir. Un acceuil chaleureux et décor simple mais recherchée. Mais surtout des boulettes qui raviront vos papilles avec des sauces différentes au fromages comme la special mamie, ou sauce lapin, et d'autres... un lieu qui ravira tout le monde car il y a des boulettes boeuf porc, au poulet ou végétarienne. Cette endroit plaira aux petits comme aux grands. Une formule est proposer qui vous permettra de choix votre boissons et votre accompagnement chicon gratinées, croquettes, frites...

J'adore le concept et j'y suis allée 2 fois pendant mon court séjour tellement j'ai aimé! Très bonne boulette avec sauce succulente et très bonnes frites !!
