BELGA QUEEN
Luxury restaurant in Brussels working with Belgian producers, offering classics and a cigar bar.
Closed for a few months, the Belga Queen, former post office then bank and temple of hipness, reopens with a new team. The venue, still as sumptuous after a refreshment, retains its scaling bench and cocktail bar, as well as the great hall with its splendid stained-glass windows. The "brasserie chic" menu, devised by Michelin-starred chef Wouter Van de Vieren, includes magnificent seafood platters and Belgian specialties (melting pork cheeks à la Westmalle, kriek and Liège syrup). The service is very professional and smiling. Surprise in the WC!
