The establishment impresses with its 200 different references. The Bier Circus offers a beer of the month and also a beer cuisine. The classics rub shoulders with those where "we risk the bizarre" as the Tontons Flingueurs used to say: spaghetti bolo with Chimay, Flemish carbonnades with Westmalle or waterzooï with Brussels lambic. And even mussels... with beer of course. There are also four beers on tap that change every two to three weeks. To find your way around, nothing could be easier, it's right next to the Cirque Royal. And if it is only open during the week, it is to better welcome beer lovers on weekends in... Saint-Sauveur, in the Pays des Collines (Hainaut) where Patrick has opened a store specialized in special beers. It is also possible to taste on the spot during the day.
