TOUKOUL
Ethiopian restaurant in Brussels offering veggie or spicier menus and local or international music.
We eat with our hands, pinching pieces of injera (wafer) to use as cutlery. The meal is placed in the center of the table, in small portions on a large platter. You can choose from one of the menus (veggie, meat or fish) or pick from the menu: meat or fish dishes and vegetables galore. To accompany the meal, try tej, a flavored Ethiopian white wine. To complete the immersion experience, we applaud the bands playing local music and standards. One of the best African restaurants in town.
