KOKOB
Ethiopian restaurant in Brussels offering pancakes and vegetable stews with meat in a friendly atmosphere.
The rare and tasty Ethiopian cuisine is worth a visit. The various regions and altitudes of this fascinating country produce a wide variety of foods. Vegetables are omnipresent in the preparations, enhanced with spices and condiments (ginger, cardamom, cloves...). Don't miss theinjera, a kind of large local pancake that serves both as a side dish and a plate. There is also the wot, a vegetable stew with chicken, beef or lamb, spicy as it should be! We finish with a delicious coffee, Ethiopian of course.
