BAB DAR
Trendy Moroccan restaurant in Saint-Gilles, offering coucous, tajines and other lesser known dishes (lamb m'rouzia).
Bright, a little trendy, a lot flashy without denying the local influences... Bab Dar opens on an interior which leaves the usual codes of Tangier or Casablanca. In short, the Moroccan version of the 21st century, right in its neighbourhood. Couscous and tajines are present and the house proposes some variations on the same theme. The menu was created by the daughter of King Hassan II's official cook. Try the lamb m'rouzia with ras-el-hanout and raisins, for example! The wine list has some nice local references and Bab Dar has a splendid garden.

En été, la terrasse offre un total dépaysement.
Peu de parking à proximité, mais facile d'accès en transports en commun (Louise/Stéphanie)
