VERIGOUD
" Food and tequila " is the slogan of Vérigoud's contemporary take on Mexican cuisine. The restaurant's decor is not exactly "Mexican", and is in fact rather sober. Everything revolves around the bar, from which you can watch the cooks at work. We browse the menu, where the degree of spiciness is indicated by chillies: raw tuna tostadas, pan-fried bean tacos, guacamole and queso fresco, and we recommend the chipotle-marinated flank steak. Nice assortment of tequilas, mezcals and delicious cocktails (especially the Mezcal Smash).
