Housed on the first floor of the Jam Hotel, Kaiju is a temple to Asian street-food, from Japan to Thailand. The interior resembles a restaurant you might find in Hong Kong or Delhi. The principle? You order several dishes, made to be shared, and enjoy a culinary voyage: wonton soup, Korean-style fried chicken, bao dan dan... For an original touch, there are fusion specialties such as tomato-style shrimp laab. The bar balances excellent cocktails and, alongside Asahi and Tsing Tao, serves microbrewery beers.
