Just outside Les Marolles, this canteen is dedicated to Taiwanese street-food, but vegan. Liu and Lin, the two sisters and owners, are true activists, keen to offer plant-based dishes that are full of flavor and reasonably priced. The place is welcoming and far from the clichés of the genre: no Chinese lamps or dragons, but wooden tables and counters, cement tiles and generous dishes of rice or noodles served in beautiful ceramics. Ginger, basil and peanuts bring to life tofu and wontons.
