ANJU
The latest project from Michelin-starred chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, but one that's close to his heart as it draws on his roots: Korea. Enter this bright, vitamin-packed den, filled with frescoes evoking the land of the morning calm, and start with some shareable starters like yukhoe (raw beef with sesame and pear bae) or pajeon (kimchi pancakes with vegetables). The main course revolves around banchans, a series of side dishes (kimchi, shiso leaf, spinach, rice, etc.) based on one ingredient (meat or not), which you can mix and match to discover all the flavors. A real favorite!
