A neighbourhood restaurant-bistro, the establishment provides service at lunchtime (for the moment, Covid obliges; keep an eye on their website). Sophie Pereira Alves has developed the concept of bentos (a Japanese speciality) with a local twist. Sweets are also part of the menu: homemade ice creams, brownies, cookies and other cakes, pastries, fresh fruit juice... You can finish off with a Belgian beer, a balloon of organic red wine or a board that goes well with the aperitif. Prélude relies on organic food whenever possible!
