Yamato was closed for a while before being reborn from its ashes by a new owner, also from the land of the Rising Sun. Yamato looks like a snack bar where you eat at the counter, in half an hour at most at lunchtime, and where you wait your turn on a bench with your back to the window. But you'll come back, because their noodles, soups and gyozas (Japanese ravioli) are so good. The ramen seem to have been invented here, they are so delicious! We sprinkle the whole thing with kirin or sake, of course!
