At the helm of this elegant little corridor restaurant is Tom Pokomé. Based in Belgium for several years, he studied royal Thai cuisine in Bangkok, in the purest respect for tradition. There's no à la carte menu here! You'll be surprised by the chef, who has done his shopping on the day. It's impossible to predict what's going to be on your plate, but every dish we tried was of the utmost finesse. Just mention any allergies or dietary requirements when booking (essential, the restaurant is small).
