At the entrance to the Saint-Géry district, Spago revisits the trattoria as a 21st-century mamma . It's a far cry from the ordinary "bolo" or carbonara. The regions of Italy take center stage, with pasta in all its forms (spaghetti, linguine, papardelle, fazzoletti...) and divinely prepared sauces (mushroom and truffle, eggplant and ricotta, lamb and rosemary ragout...). Meats are also on the menu. The wine list features fine vintages at moderate prices from the north to the south of Italy. The homemade tiramisu is a friendly recommendation!
