Pino, the boss, has no tongue in his mouth and prefers to remind his customers that they are not at the Quick. It's his way of not rushing dishes with fresh and tasty ingredients. Just one example? Parmesan pasta, which is slowly worked through a wheel of parmesan cheese, the flavors coming out of it know no equivalent. One last piece of advice: it's better to reserve. The place is far from being big and there are many amateurs. The decoration is also warm, in this small paradise of transalpine gastronomy.
