Restaurant in Brussels offering fine Italian cuisine in the setting of an old Art Nouveau listed fishmonger's.
Formerly a fishmonger's, it's now home to one of the capital's finest Italian restaurants. Forget pizzas: this is gastronomy! Gnocchi with zucchini pesto, stracciatella, zucchini chips; classic beef tagliata, the catch of the day (Mediterranean style), tuna... reminiscent of the fishmonger's! The wine list is an ode to a Bacchus... a little posh after all. And the Art Nouveau façade (1906, listed) and tiled interior (also listed) recall the house's former use. It's magical!
