Classic or mixed pizzas according to the season in a restaurant in Brussels offering also mixed boards and natural wines.
Here, we go off the beaten track and talk about a pizza bar and even a "wine bar". Some pizzas are classic among the ten or so choices. But we like the seasonal ones with products coming from small producers (Sicilians). These creations are proposed to the customers present, before being put forward as suggestions and finally appearing on the menu. Like the braised chicon ham and parmesan pizza. Wine list based on natural wines and mixed boards offered as a snack... Relaxed family atmosphere, regular jam sessions.
