OSTERIA ROMANA
A top Italian restaurant offering the best carbonara in Brussels and dishes with Japanese accents.
First of all, there is the atmosphere, elegant and hushed. Then come the plates (designed exclusively for the restaurant). Inside, real Roman cuisine: pasta all'Amatriciana, artichokes alla Giuda or THE speciality of the house: a divine carbonara. On the "secondi" side, wagyu beef is treated in various ways (tripe, carpaccio). In short, quality products admirably prepared. Not surprising, Filippo La Vecchia was a chef in Japan and brought back some memories and a taste for precision. Beautiful Italian wine list and nice garden. A pearl!
